At MEHDICO TRAVELS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer fair and transparent refund policies for our clients.
Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
1. Tour Package Cancellation:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date: 100% refund (after deducting applicable processing fees).

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the departure: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure: No refund.
2. Visa Rejection:

If a visa is rejected, a refund will be processed after deducting the non-refundable visa fees and administrative charges.
3. Flight Tickets:

Flight ticket refunds are subject to the airline’s refund policy. MEHDICO TRAVELS will assist in processing the refund but has no control over the airline’s processing time.
4. Partial Refunds:

If a traveler chooses not to participate in certain activities or leaves the tour midway for personal reasons, no partial refund will be provided.
Refund Process Timeline
We are committed to processing refunds in a timely and transparent manner. The following outlines our refund timeframes:

Refund Processing Timeframe: Once your refund request is approved, the processing will take approximately 14 to 21 business days.

Refund Credit Timeframe: After processing, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
