Terms and Conditions – MEHDICO TRAVELS

By booking a tour or travel service with MEHDICO TRAVELS (a unit of MEHDICO PRIVATE LIMITED), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

• A minimum advance payment (as specified per tour) is required to confirm the booking.

• Full payment must be made before the tour departure.

• All payments are non-transferable.

2. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly specified in the tour itinerary.

• Personal expenses, medical insurance, excess baggage fees, and tips are not included unless mentioned.

3. Visa & Travel Documents

• While MEHDICO TRAVELS facilitates visa processing, the decision solely rests with the respective embassy/consulate.

• Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports and required documents.

4. Health & Safety

• Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.

• MEHDICO TRAVELS is not liable for any health issues arising during the trip.

5. Itinerary Changes

• MEHDICO TRAVELS reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, security, political conditions).

• Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers and locals.

• Any misconduct can lead to removal from the group tour without refund.

7. Liability

• MEHDICO TRAVELS acts as an agent for transport, hotel, and other service providers. We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties.

• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to us for the tour.
